Aurora opened the door – Julian stood before her, imposing yet gorgeous.
He raised an eyebrow.
"Inviting me in, Miss Wynter? A wise decision... or a reckless one?"
Aurora stepped aside, her heart racing.
"Come in. I'll accept your proposal – but only if we negotiate terms."
Julian smiled, entering her studio.
"Negotiate away. But know this: I always get what I want."
He glanced around her space – eyes landing on a portrait of her uncle and... a young Julian.
His expression darkened.
