**Episode 8: Unspoken Attraction**
The Havenwood Historical Society
was hosting a small exhibition of
local artists, and Ellie and Liam
were both attending. They used it
as an opportunity to inquire about
artists active in Havenwood in the
early 1900s, hoping to find more
information about Eliza.
As they walked through the gallery,
surrounded by paintings and
sculptures, Ellie couldn't help but
notice how Liam kept looking at
her. His eyes lingered on her face,
his smile lingered a little longer
than necessary, and his hand
brushed against hers more than
once.
She felt a flutter in her stomach, a
mix of excitement and nervousness.
She was drawn to Liam, to his
warmth, his intelligence, and his
genuine interest in her. But she was
also afraid of getting hurt again.
She had been burned in the past,
and she was hesitant to open
herself up to love again.
Liam, too, seemed to be struggling
with his feelings. He was clearly
attracted to Ellie, but he was also
cautious, aware of her past
heartbreaks and unsure of how to
proceed. He didn't want to
jeopardize their friendship or their
investigation by making a move
too soon.
They circled each other, drawn

between them was palpable,
creating a tantalizing tension that
filled every moment they spent
together.
During a lull in the conversation,
Liam turned to Ellie, his eyes full of
unspoken longing. "Ellie," he said,
his voice soft, "I…"

who had expressed interest in
