The old man smiled, his eyes twinkling
with encouragement. “That's the spirit!
Set aside some time each day, even if
it's just a few minutes. Write
whatever comes to mind—don't censor
yourself. Let your thoughts flow
freely.” Abram felt a sense of
determination rising within him. “I
think I'll start a journal first. It'll help
me get back into the habit without the
pressure of sharing it right away.”
“Excellent idea!” the old man
exclaimed. “A journal is a safe space
to explore your thoughts and feelings.
And who knows? Those entries might
evolve into something more
