**Episode 2: Ghost in the Hallway

Ethan walked the halls, a forced
smile plastered on his face. Every
cheer, every congratulatory pat on
the back, felt like a brand. He was
Ethan Carter, the quarterback, the
leader, the strong one. But inside,
he was crumbling. Three months
ago, his older brother, Liam, had
taken his own life. The vibrant,
artistic soul, the one person who
truly understood him, was gone.
The school felt like a stage, and he
was forced to play a role he no
longer recognized. He saw Liam
everywhere'': in the art room, by the
bleachers, even in the reflection of
the trophy case. The memory of
finding Liam was forever etched
into his mind. The police report, the
funeral, and the hollow silence that
now filled their home were a
constant reminder of his loss.
He couldn’t talk to his parents. They
were consumed by their own grief,

His friends were supportive, but

offered platitudes, but they didn't

Ethan pushed everyone away,
drowning his sorrow in late-night
parties and reckless behavior. He
was desperately searching for a
way to numb the pain, to silence
the echo of Liam’s laughter that
now haunted him. He spotted Maya
across the hall, her brow furrowed
in concentration as she scanned a
bulletin board. He’d always admired
her intelligence, her quiet
determination. But he was too lost
