Episode 5: The Shadow's
Intervention
Layla arrived at the Whispering Woods,
guided by the faint traces of Shary's
magic. She found him battling
illusionary creatures, his spells flickering
and failing.
"Shary!" she cried, unleashing her
Shadow Weaving. Dark energy
enveloped the illusions, dispelling them
with a snap.
Shary, exhausted, collapsed against a
tree. "Layla… what are you doing here?"
"Saving your life, it seems," she said,
her voice softening. She tended to his
wounds, her touch surprisingly gentle.
Together, they fought their way
through the remaining obstacles,
Layla's shadow magic complementing
Shary's remaining spells. They worked
in harmony, a surprising and powerful
